Altiora Capital directly invests its own capital, alongside institutional and HNW co-investors who have backed us on deals before, to acquire meaningful stakes in founder-led Australian businesses. This is not traditional mid-market private equity. We focus on businesses that are typically too small for PE, but too important to be left without active, experienced investors.

Why we're different from private equity: Mid-market PE firms typically target businesses generating $50M+ in revenue. We focus on the tier below, businesses valued between $10M and $50M, where founders often receive far less experienced and less committed capital. We invest meaningfully ourselves as principals in every deal. Our interests are completely aligned with yours.
