We are primarily investors. We seek to invest in small-to-mid market Australian businesses and have a reasonably broad and flexible investment mandate. This enables us to provide growth and/or buy-out capital to businesses operating in a wide range of industries.
We recognise that during the growth phase, business owners often reinvest most or all of the business’s profits into the business to facilitate growth. Prior to investing in the business, we work with the proprietor(s) to ensure that we understand their growth and exit plans, as well as personal financial objectives, and collectively work towards achieving these objectives during our investment period.
We are backed by a network of institutional and high net worth investors and are well positioned to partner with business owners to achieve their growth aspirations.
Corporate Advisory
We work with companies across a wide range of industries to provide high-quality corporate advisory solutions, including independent strategic advice, mergers & acquisition advice and support, and IPO transaction services (including preparing clients for the transition into the public environment).
Alternate Capital Raising Solutions
Where we cannot act, or it is more appropriate for our clients if we do not act, as principal investors, we can assist our clients with procuring debt and/or equity financing from other wholesale investor groups to help our clients achieve their business goals.
